The space Build on the site of previously very famous Grand Hotel in the early 1900’s. It was an escape place for NYC residence. Train departed Grand Central Station to Highmount NY, then horse and buggy took them up the hill. House is situated on 6 private acres with a gorgeous mountain view, ideal for skiing get aways, family trip, girls weekends and retreats. House can accommodate 6 people consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including a Wolf range, , Bosch dishwasher, microwave/oven combo on the island and Subzero refrigerator. It has custom stone fireplace and Vermont Casting wood stove to keep you cozy. The common area is an open floor plan. Dining room has a solid wood crafted table which can seat 8-10. House comes with a coffee machine, toaster, electric pot, kitchen utensils, pots and pens, bedding, towels etc. Wi-Fi and basic TV which is wired for streaming on Hulu, Netflix or other. No problem with cellular phone in the house and in the surrounding area. Outdoor deck has a grill for your enjoyment during the warmer months. Enjoy outdoor private fire pit sitting in Adirondack chairs listening to your favorite music and admiring the stars during a peaceful night. There are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can dine. You will find my personal list of restaurants and activities in the house. There are also few SPAS available in the area. I can be flexible with checkin/checkout time depending on availability - please ask. Your deposit is fully refundably after your departure if the following conditions are met: - no damage to the house or its contents beyond normal wear and tear - the house is returned to the same state as found upon arrival. pets will be an additional cleaning fee - please advise if you plan to bring your dog or cat Guest access Walk around on 6 acres of private, beautifully landscaped property ideally situated in Catskill Mountains, NY.n Other things to note The property is secluded, peaceful, scenic which will contribute to your relaxation and rest. Nice hiking on the property as well as many trails close by.
