Features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and built in microwave), large island with bar and seating for 3. Dining room with seating for 8. Large living room with sleeper sofa. MASTER: Huge, bright master bedroom with private bath features double vanities, granite countertops and oversized floor to ceiling tiled shower. Sliders lead to the pool and outdoor entertainment area. 2ND BEDROOM: King bedroom with direct access into 2nd bathroom that has double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile. 2ND BATHROOM: Hall bath features double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile. 3RD BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 4th bedroom. 3RD BATHROOM: Jack and Jill bath shared by 3rd and 4th bedroom, features single vanity and walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile. 4TH BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 3rd bedroom. GAME ROOM: Game Room with two twin beds, 55" TV, ping pong table, adn couches. Pools will maintain 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Pefect for enjoying the pools in cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the heaters do their best to keep temp at 84 degrees but, if we are experiencing very cold weather, it may drop slightly below 84 degrees. Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, broom and dustpan, vacuum. Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.
