We've prepared a comprehensive 'renter's guide with everything you need to know to have a great rental experience, such as how to adjust the AC, use the TV remotes, fire up the grill, find the spare smoke detector, etc. (We've rented other people's homes in ourselves and have discovered that not having a good user manual can be a real hassle when you're trying to figure something out for the first time). For the 2022 season, we’d prefer to rent for 60 or 90 periods: such as Dec -Feb, March & April, or Jan - April. We’ll also consider 60 day or longer rental periods during the offseason. Guests also have access to the community's 3 pools, 8 tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, fitness center, clubhouse and Pay to Play golf course and putting green.
