Beach Bungalow, Pool and direct Beach Access The space Looking for a paradise getaway, Percebu,  South of San Felipe, is the place for you with one if the most cleaning beaches and private areas with on site restaurants and Pool in the ranchito. This 2 bedroom 1 bath for maximum 4 guests. The first bedroom features a queen size bed as well as the second bedroom. The living room includes a 3 person couch and a 1 person recliner sofa. The Kitchen area is in the same space as the living area with dinning table for 4 with a kitchen that is equipped for all cooking and dinning needs. The Ranchito's pool and restaurant area are only a small walk away, as well as the entrance to the privates Beach. The Property is located on a small Beach front ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings, of which 5 are rental homes.  One is a restaurant and the other is the on-site property manager's house. The Pool facilities and Giant Palapa is for use by all five rental homes.  There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams, If case you are to have any type of inconvenience or simply want a delicious authentic Mexican Meal!!  This home Sleeps 4 guests for a comfortable stay for 6 guests please bring air mattress or cots! NOTE: Guest provide all needed towels.  Check-in is a 2 step process.  You will meet us at the office.  From there we will coordinate your check-in.  This rental Located 40 minutes South of downtown San Felipe.
