Quiet, located on ground floor, you can walk from the lanai to the dock, 15 feet away. Park in covered parking, or just outside the front door. Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath with open living/dining room, and screened-in lanai. This complex has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis, shuffleboard & pickleboard court. It is a 5-minute walk to a lively waterside bar/restaurant, and a 10-minute walk to the marina. Shops are a 5-minute drive. Beautiful Tiger Tail beach is a 10-minute drive. The space Through the lanai you can walk directly out to the water. Sunrise is beautiful, especially through the living room alcove windows. Guest access You can use our entire condo. There are public parking spaces in front of the condo, or a private covered space 30m away. You can walk to a nearby bar/restaurant, and stores are 5 minutes away by car. Other things to note Children Children are the direct responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. All children under ten (10) years of age must be supervised by an adult when entering the recreational areas (pool, jacuzzi, tennis court). Quiet As you’ll notice, Grand Bay is a quiet community. Loud noises will not be tolerated. Quiet hours, including at the pool, will be maintained between 10pm and 8am. Cell phone use at the pool is limited to the clubhouse or upper deck (next to the parking lot). Marina You can rent boats and arrange outings at the Rose Marina, which is a 5-minute walk from the condo. There is a good shop there for clothing, boating equipment, fishing gear and bait. Jack’s Bar is a favorite place for a drink after a day of fishing. Shopping on Marco Island Your nearest grocery stores are Publix at the Marco Town Center, as well as a Winn-Dixie, both on N. Collier Blvd (5-minute drive). Paradise Seafood on Bald Eagle is pricy, but easily the best fresh seafood on the island. Your nearest pharmacy will be the CVS in the shopping center at the corner of Bald Eagle and N. Collier, and the Walgreens at the cornder of N. Collier and E. Elkcam Circle. Movie theater There is a wonderful family run theatre on N. Collier Blvd, a 10-minute drive from the condo, in the shopping/restaurant area behind Pinchers. Food is available in the theatre. Banking There is a Wells Fargo branch, with ATM, on E. Elkcam Circle (across from the Walgreens) and next to Starbucks.
