Parking your car will be extremely safe it will be parked in your designated area just outside your suite inside the parking lot of the premises is line Mediterranean private villa with your parking you need few steps to reach your suite from your car it is super convenient safe parking. We have facility Wi-Fi, smart tv, air condition, top quality heating 24/7 only for your comfort privacy. Your suite have close to 100% privacy nobody have any access to your area at all but you have access to the house if you decided to do so also as a mean for fire escape and safety in emergency. 1. The are has over 3 legal size windows suitable for fire escape and larger than the required measurements. 2. There is 2 fire escape doors clearly marked all over the area. 3. Other things to note We observed quiet hours in the property from 10 -7am.. The property is centrally heated but during winter season, guest are allowed to use 1pc of portable heater .as we understand that basement unit is the colder part of the house during this season..
