Cottage has good separation for privacy and separate driveway. *Separate rental agreement with owner may be required. The space Perfect for large families, bachelorettes, bachelors and friends! Big groups! No worries about complaints from neighbors about being a little loud; feel free to make yourself at home! We have parking for 15 cars, boats and trailers welcome. House and Cottage can be rented separately so please inquire. Enjoy the covered front porch of the house or the private outdoor patio. You can gather on large lawn to play games or enjoy the huge back yard. Plenty of room to play bags, catch, or even a mini-football game!
