Relaxing, cozy beach-themed retreat designed for beauty & comfort. If having a restful and comfortable place to stay is important to you, as well as saving money, than this is the place for you. As 23-time Superhosts we have provided everything you may need for a great stay. The space is sparkling clean & offers the softest of linens, blackout curtains, extra pillows and soft blankets. Decorated with colors and decor of the ocean, we are sure you will feel all your worries drift away. The space Private patio with bbq lends itself to rest & relaxation as you listen to the birds and the trees of the country. When you're ready to play we're just a 15 minute drive to Pismo beach and just a 5 minute drive to 3 golf courses and great hiking trails. We are 10-time Superhosts and are available to help with any questions or needs that may arise. Studio has complete privacy and separate entrance. There is an apartment directly above the studio; so you may hear footsteps and a slight murmur of talking. If you are a light sleeper, this could (rarely) be an issue- but we provide a sound machine and earplugs for any times it might occur. If you plan to smoke weed at this property- this is not the place for you. We will smell it and there will be additional cleaning fees if we do. To keep the place as clean and fresh for all guests, we ask you to please look elsewhere if you plan to smoke or vape. Thank you.
