Come enjoy one of the most beautiful settings in Southwest Utah! We are located 3 miles from Springdale, 5 miles from Zion National Park, 10 miles from world-class mountain bike trails, and 25 miles from spectacular championship golf courses. After a day of exploring the area enjoy a sunset while relaxing by the pool. All accommodations are king-size en-suite units. Our house is very large, spacious, and welcoming; it is a home away from home. The space This spacious room comes with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a jetted hot tub, a glass shower, and a flatscreen television with Roku. Guest access Guests are welcome to make themselves at home. We are a true bed and breakfast offering homemade breakfast from 7 am to 9 am. If guests are planning to leave earlier than 7 am, we offer grab-and-go breakfast items that are available in the sunroom. The sunroom always has coffee and tea available, a refrigerator where large food items can be stored, and a microwave. Guests have full access to the pool and backyard. This is our full-time residence we are available on-site to meet your needs during check-in and throughout your stay. Other things to note Because this is our full-time residence, we do not allow guests to use the main kitchen. We do have a beautiful sunroom equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and teapot. This is also where breakfast will be available in the morning. If you would prefer, there are wonderful breakfast restaurants within 1 mile and guests are welcome to bring snacks and microwavable food.
