I rent the property only a few months per year, as I also maintain a part-time mountain residence. This is not a high-turnover or frequently rented unit. The building enforces a 30-day minimum rental requirement, which applies to all residents without exception. For safety, building operations, and compliance, all residents are required to provide valid contact information prior to arrival. This information is used strictly for building communication, emergencies, and deliveries. Providing contact information is mandatory. Any guest unwilling to comply with this requirement should not rent this unit. This residence is best suited for responsible, long-term occupants who value privacy, discretion, and a well-maintained home. Guest access Residents enjoy 24-hour access to the beautifully appointed 8th-floor common lounge, featuring premium coffee machines, televisions, comfortable seating areas, and a fully equipped business center—ideal for both quiet mornings and informal meetings. Seasonal access to the outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer months. In addition, residents are granted access to the Riverfront Athletic Club, located on the ground floor of the South Tower, during regular club hours.
