Maddie's Penthouse in Hyde Park

Situated at the end of a one-way street in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Kansas City, guests will have access to the entire third floor. The open layout contains windows for ideal lighting in each direction. Amenities include kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, essential utensils) memory foam mattress (standard-size) 32" LCD television with streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, ect) as well as Google Home. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor. Towels and toiletries are provided. The space The space is ever-changing and going through constant improvements/updates. While we make every effort to keep pictures updated, please let us know if you have specific questions/needs to ensure the best experience. If during your stay you experience any issues that could cause a less than ideal stay, please allow us to rectify the situation. The best possible outcome for which we strive is your return. Pets outnumber humans at this residence (humans=2 pets=5) and those with allergies might find more ideal conditions at alternative accommodations. Please inquire. Those with a love for animals will find constant companionship. Guest access Guests are asked to use private entrance to enter/depart from the guest suite within the house. As hosts we ask that common areas (kitchen, living/dining room, etc.) be private to those who live in the house full-time. During your stay Please feel free to ask questions or conversate at anytime during your stay. We love meeting new people and introducing them to our city. If you're an introvert, you will find that the space fosters well to that personality type. Other things to note We have many vintage/eccentric items that we have collected over the years (furniture, art, housewares) which we are happy to share. However, please be mindful of their age. The house itself was built in 1904 and has remained original in many ways.
