A private Tremolo Cove vacation home on Rainy Lake
Tremolo Cove is a private vacation home on the shore of Rainy Lake. Relax among the beautiful Minnesota trees and rock outcroppings, private cove, sand beach and gazebo. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining and living room, just a dozen feet from the shore. Enjoy pool or ping-pong in the rec room, with its own view of Rainy Lake and a kitchenette. There's fast wifi, plenty of parking, ample decks and dock space for three boats. Kayaks and a canoe are available upon request. Tremolo Cove is perfectly situated for views of the sunrise, sunset and the northern lights, as well as passing ducks and other wildlife. With the private cove, hills and subtle fencing, you won't even notice your neighbors once you settle in. There's room for around seven vehicles or boat trailers on the property as well as an attached garage. Clean linens and towels are provided. Special amenities for infants and well-behaved dogs are available upon request. I live in the neighborhood and am usually available to help out with questions or requests. Voyageurs National Park, excellent fishing and a fantastic, scenic lake on the Minnesota/Ontario border are what draw most visitors to our neck of the woods. Many fishing guides and Park tour options are available. Tremolo Cove itself is right across the street from Rainy Lake Marina and one of the two major winter ice roads. It's a quick drive or boat ride to several lakeside restaurants and a brewpub. Ask for information about the latest border crossing rules. The nearby rural highway will get you where you need to go. It's also a great neighborhood for a walk or jog, with a bike path into town and hiking trails at Voyageurs National Park and Tilson Creek, which also hosts a bog walk and cross-country ski trail. Snowmobile trails abound. For most people, however, it's all about the water, any way you like it!
