St. Johns Sunshine Cottage

A great little place of respite in the North of North Portland on a quiet, sunny, corner lot. It is easy to forget what day of the week it is as there is very little traffic in this safe part of the city which is close to nature. Biking: you are ON the 40-Mile Loop greenway trail around Portland and walking is easy to Pier Park, Cathedral Park, downtown St. Johns and the beautiful St. Johns Bridge. Every thing is new inside house. The space This is the first time this little cottage will be available to you. She is an open floor plan, with window on all sides. We will be adding the landscaping in 2021 and I love to garden. She is ready for guests now. Guest access You may access the whole property excluding the attic. Please park on the either Syracuse Street and walk over the lawn or on the St. Johns Avenue side and walk up 4 stairs to the patio/porch.
