I usually rent as shared space but I will spend some time abroad, so the apartment is all yours! This is a new building in the heart of Williamsburg. Top shops and restaurants are all around, including Whole Foods, Apple Store, many cafes (we suggest local instead of Starbucks!), and shops with items you'll find only in Williamsburg, including the famous Artists and Fleas. You can also find rooftop bars to enjoy the Manhattan views. Some restaurants are open for takeout only. The space Modern and cozy apartment full of appliances. Just so you know, the decoration is slightly different from the photos, but nothing major. There are 3 screens with digital arts, you can turn them off if you want. The sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom now has a tall mattress, so it does feel like a normal bed. In the living room, you'll have an Apple TV TV with Netflix; in the bedrooms, you'll have a Roku with Netflix. There is central heating in the living room and kitchen area and a heater in the bedrooms. All bathrooms have a bathtub for you to soak in and relax. There is also a hairdryer and flat iron and stemaer available. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, air fryier and several other cooking tools. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit, which you can use. I'll make space for you, but please note that some closets with personal belongings will be closed. *** Please note we have a dog. Although she won't be in the apartment during your stay, it is essential to let people know if they have severe allergies. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment. That includes the 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, office, living room, kitchen with all appliances. Other things to note A cleaning lady will come every Monday. She is reliable and has worked with me for the last 13 years. She will also take care of the plants. One week, she will do deeper cleaning; the other, it will be a short visit for a superficial clean and care for plants. I have a dog; although she won't be in the apartment, there might be traces of the dog hair, so if you have a severe allergy, this might not be the best place for you. Parties are not allowed. Any guests must be aprooved and send a foto ID to receive authorization to enter the building. This must be arranged at least 24h before the guests arrival. No more than two guests per visit. Smoking is not allowed in the building, including inside the apartment and on the balcony. The building issues fines for smoking in the building, and the smoke will travel in the air system and reach other apartments, so you must comply. Unfortunately, the building doesn't allow guests to use the amenities unless they are accompanied by the owner, and since I won't be around, I can't offer you the opportunity to use the amenities. This is my home, and many belongings are in the apartment, so please act respectfully and accordingly, just as if you would like others to treat your own home. If you have any issues, you must contact me first. The building has many rules and won't let you troubleshoot anything by yourself. Any service must be approved by the building, and even simple things need a certificate of insurance.
