Incredibly majestic river-front guest house. This is the ultimate romantic getaway and peaceful retreat. Large windows and double french doors look out on the Willamette river from the cottage living room and loft sleeping area. It includes a semi-private rocky beach, and a large manicured lawn with fire pit. Kayaks are available for use, and guests are welcome to bring their own too! The guesthouse has its own drive-way, and is completely separate from the main-house grounds for privacy. The space The river views are truly breathtaking. If you need a break from all of the craziness in the world, this cottage is for you. The entire front, river facing section of the house is basically a wall of windows letting you view the river from any spot in the cottage. Please note that the stairs are quite funky and steep to the loft, and they would be difficult for anybody with mobility issues. We rigorously clean and disinfect the property after every use. We are also happy to supply extra sanitizer and masks. Other things to note Please note that the riverfront beach area is semi-private as the owners of the main, large house behind the cottage do occasionally walk their dogs to the beach etc. They do not generally use the area after dark. If you need the beach area completely private for some kind of romantic setting etc., please just let us know, and we will make it happen. Sort of like putting a "do not disturb sign" on the beach.
