Diablo, lush pastures, and the shimmering Delta waterway, the land offers a scenic and serene setting for RV travelers seeking nature, space, and simplicity. This is not a crowded RV park—it’s a private, rural escape. Set on a working family farm, the property is surrounded by grazing cattle, seasonal almond blossoms, tomato and hay fields, and open skies perfect for sunsets and stargazing. The RV pad is built on clay tiles and provides two camper spots, with hookups for each: One 30-amp electrical hookup One 50-amp electrical hookup On-site sewer dump Potable water Guest Access You will have access to the clay tile RV pad area where the hookups are located. This is the designated camping space for your stay. The surrounding farm and pasture areas are private and not for guest use, but you are welcome to enjoy the views from your site. Please respect all fences and gates, as they are there for the safety of our livestock and guests. No tent camping is allowed, and all RVs must be self-contained. We allow up to two RVs total on-site at one time, ensuring privacy and a peaceful environment.
