Well maintained beach and tennis resort right on the gulf side with direct access to the beach. Free parking for 1 vehicle in 24/7 guarded lot. Has 3 pools and 4 Tennis courts. Has a balcony with beach view. Full kitchen with supplies. Washer and Dryer. You will select an apartment on check-in, but are guaranteed the same model as in the photos. King bed + hide a bed in living room. Right by bridge to Port Isabel and located on the the main street that's full of shops, diners, and activities. The space Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Main lobby is staffed 24/7 for questions and maintenance requests. Trash service everyday, leave your trash outside your door for pickup. Equipment for shuffle board at front desk. Each of 3 pools has a hot tub and main pool has a kiddie pool. Bar and grill at main pool. Tennis courts are first come first serve. Bring rackets and balls. Guest access You have access to all three pools and 3 hot tubs. There is also one kids pool. Beach access through gate as well as access to front by pedestrian gate. Tennis courts are first come, bring tennis gear. Plenty of sun loungers. Parking pass lets you come and go during complete stay, no limit. There is also shuffle board. Gear can be checked out at front desk. Cash bar and snack shack at the big 'T' pool. Other things to note This is Spring Break. Many resorts may require wrist bands to insure guests belong to resort. They have not decided this yet, but if they do they may have a charge for these. Resort does not want pets on property.
