This Hamptons neighborhood features wonderful parks and beach's, many great restaurant's, waterfront dining, lovely shops, a movie theater, and library. Both Atlantic Ocean beach (Ponquogue) and bay beach (Meschutt) are fantastic! 1 mi to town, shops and grocery. Rent bikes in town and ride to beach. Plus, visit the local vineyard, brewing company, mini golf, theaters, aquarium , sanctuaries, & lovely local towns like Westhampton Beach, Sag Harbor and Southampton! Close to all on the south fork. Perfect place to beach, golf, kayak, surf, jet ski, fish, bike, dine, and catch the best sunsets! The train station and town are 1 mile from the house.
