Slow your pace and drop into the quietness of nature. Our large house that was a hand-hewn barn has been artistically rebuilt with a bent towards sustainability and beauty. A great place to relax and unwind. 10 minutes to downtown Wimberley and the Blanco River. The space Spacious acreage to roam if you like. Quiet. Owner is most often on property and other long term renters. We come near to the house to feed “ Wild Kitty” each dawn and dusk. Patio scrumptious with 4 ceiling fans for anytime chats. Guest access You have access to the entire large home. Please note, the house was built with sustainability as its foundation. All water in the home is highly filtered and UV light- zapped precious rainwater. Be mindful as you use this resource. Other things to note Please note that indeed there is a television here AND no cable nor any connection to outside world via tv. ! What is offered is a large album of CDs and a VCR to play them on. The WiFi is strong and the password is on the table with the modem. Know that there are 18 steps to climb to get to the bedrooms, all upstairs. This can be a challenge for we elder citizens and also a caution to parents with crawlers and toddlers that the youngsters need careful watching when upstairs.
