Lakefront living in the Golf Mecca!!

Perfect family retreat, golf outing with the gents, or remote working . Golf, cross country skiing, ATV/snowmobile Trails are all nearby. Located on a lake with a sandy beach to relax and enjoy water activities all day. Dock your boat or Jet skis at the house to enjoy all lake life has to offer. Invite some friends for a bbq on the deck or fishing off the dock. Birds and other wild life aren’t strangers to the neighborhood. Billiards table, pinball snowshoes, kayaks & a canoe also available! The space Our childhood lake home with lots of open spaces and eccentric colors. The house sleeps 15 people comfortably and lots of space to gather inside and out. A pinball machine, pool table and board games also provided for indoor activity. This house is three levels. Top floor has a master bedroom with king bed and serene view of the lake, a master bathroom including standup shower and soaking tub as well as multiple walk in closets for our guests who enjoy longer stays and an en suite single bedroom. There are two more bedrooms on the top floor one with a trundle and another single bed connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom to a bedroom with a queen and single beds. Laundry room is also found on the third floor. The main floor has an open floor plan shared by the living room and kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and a breakfast nook that seats 8. Wonderful views of the lake and a walk out deck attached to the family room. You will also find a formal dining room, an office and a bedroom with an en suite full bathroom on the main level. Lake level has an open game and TV room, billiards table, treadmill, wet bar ( not stocked ), Space Jams pinball machine ( yes I said Space Jam!) , 3 seasons patio, bedroom with a double bed and a single and full bath. There are two kayaks to enjoy should you join us for a warmer week and snow shoes for four ( 2 adult 2 kids ) if you choose a snowy month. Fishing poles and lures are also available to use as well in our single attached garage. There is a permanent wee dock that you see in the photos that stays up year round and one to park your boat at that will be installed in Memorial Day- Labor Day ( often a lil earlier or later weather depending!) We are located on the lake and near many popular snowmobile trails and golfing throughout Michaywe and Gaylord. There is so much fun and activity to be enjoyed here. This house was made for fun groups and families! Downtown Gaylord is approximately 15 min drive Traverse city is just over an hour - Traverse city airport is 1hr 15 min drive depending on traffic Treetops golf & ski area is an 16 min drive Otsego golf & ski area is a 15 min drive Michaywe golf is a literal stones throw about 3-8 min drive depending on the course you are playing! Get around the neighborhood on your ATV! We do have a lot of wild life in the area and we ask that you respect all you may come into contact with, and also not to leave any food items outside unattended. Also note that in year 2025 we will be booking Week rentals only going Saturday - Saturday in July and August!! Please contact the host for any questions! Guest access Whole house - all but the two car garage and boiler room. Other things to note This house is quite large and certain levels will run more hot or cold then others! We believe you should always be comfortable but know the system reads off the main level so the basement is usually a few degrees cooler and the upstairs a bit warmer!! Luckily the house is also full of windows to help mediate anyone's personal temperature preference!!!
