We DO NOT offer a hot tub, the circle is a sitting area in the pool PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY THAT WE WILL HAVE SEAWEED, it's just nature and we cannot do much about it. Kindly, book your pets at the time of the reservation, unapproved pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Bed Configuration: Room 1: 1 King Room 2: 1 King Room 3: 1 King Loft/Additional area: 1 King sofa bed + 1 trundle (2 single beds.) The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom has a bathroom attached, Rooms 2 & 3: Share 1 bathroom. Guest access Electronic Lock Other things to note Guests must inform if they are bringing anything other than the maximum number of cars allowed or boat, jet skis, bikes, camper, etc. After guest discloses the equipment, guests will have to pay a fee after the conversation with the property manager. We do not allow to have day or overnight visitors without authorization. You must disclose all number of guests staying at the house so we comply with local regulations. No jumping from pool platform - 100% NOT ALLOWED FOR YOUR SAFETY. Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations. Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these... Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay) Other fees: To be disclosed when guest inquiries and obtains permission from renter to bring the item Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted.
