This space is perfect for a short weekend getaway or a traveling nurse/other traveling professional for a long term stay. Only 27 miles from DHMC! We are within walking distance of hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails! This cozy and charming in-law apt is located inside our large home with its own private entrance, parking, kitchen, living room, bathroom and electric fireplace! You will also fall in love with our beautiful mountainous views this place will leave you feeling like you’re on cloud 9!! This cozy space is a decorated with mostly wood cabinets to make it country cozy to give it that country feel. Its a private apt/suite inside our large home with its own private entrance, parking, kitchen and bathroom and bath tub. It consist of a separate living room and bedroom with electric fire place, eat-in kitchen island, small bar area and private bathroom w/heat lights and fan, walk in closet and lots of storage! There's also pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2, great for the kids! TV/DVD combo we have provided some DVD’s but there’s NO CABLE/NO streaming service available only local channels on digital antenna. The kitchen is equip with cook top(no oven) , convection microwave, Coffee maker(MR.coffee) , full size refrigerator and all the pots and pans and cooking accessories needed to cook just about anything! Coffee and tea provided daily(except during long term stays). The suite stays pretty cool during the summer so there's no need for an air conditioner but we will provide a fan. For the little ones there’s a pack and play travel crib available with sheets/blankets please let me know in advance. During the fall/winter there is a propane wall heater in the living room and an electric fireplace in the bedroom that will keep you nice and toasty! During winter months(January -March) winter tires and 4 wheel drive vehicles are VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED(NO REFUNDS will be given for guests unprepared for winter weather) we have a long semi steep dirt driveway leading to our beautiful view. Guests have access to entire apartment/suite but not the main house. Guests may roam our 12 acres freely and kids may play with any toys outside including swing set! Guests will have access to wifi in the suite but there is very little cell service in the area feel free to use WiFi calling which is on most cell phones. Milldale Farm Center for Wellness is only a mile down the road offers horse back riding, yoga, massages and hosts festivals throughout the year( call center for more details) Lake Fairlee(treasure island public beach) is 2 miles away and Lake Morey only 10 miles. We are also near the Lake Morey Resort, golf course and the Fairlee drive in! Camp Aloha Hive and Camp Billings are right down the road only 3 miles! This space is perfect for vacationers, traveling nurses/interns at Dartmouth, someone traveling for business or anybody who just wants to get away from it all! the town of fairlee is located about 8 miles away and Lake fairlee only 5 miles away. We are also only 10 miles away from Lake Morey Resort which offers gulf, dining, swimming, tennis and a playground. There are hiking and ATV trails within walking distance of our property(map provided) Bradford vt is about 20 miles. Hanover, Dartmouth college, Dartmouth hospital, King Arthur flour factory store/restaurant, Montshire museum of science are all located only 30 minutes away. Pema Osel in Vershire, vt is only 20 minutes away. Please book for every guest staying overnight during your stay including children. NO day guests with out permission this is our home and we want to know who will be coming and going. The suite is Perfect for a traveling nurse looking for a monthly rental during the winter months everything included except laundry! The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, blender, small crock pot, tea kettle and Keurig. Coffee and tea provided during your stay(except during long term stays). We will also provide games, puzzles,children's books and toys, some dvds, books, TV/DVD combo, bath towels and beach towels, paper towel, shampoo, soap, pillows, extra sheets and blankets and a desk for work space. The living room has a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 adults or great for the kids! For the little ones we will provide a pack n’ play travel crib with sheets and blankets let us know in advance. Wifi is provided but there is NO cell service in the area. WIFI is NOT high speed and can be slow it is the best we can get in our area so keep that in mind when booking. NO refunds will be given for slow internet! We don’t have cable/satellite/streaming services. During the winter months we strongly recommend WINTER tires since we live on a dirt road and a long dirt driveway leading to our beautiful secluded location! If you can’t make it up the driveway no worries, just park at the bottom:)
