Relax in style and vacation at the beach in this 2/2 Ocean Club South condo. The small, ocean front complex is located on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. The complex offers a bbq grill, car wash, fish cleaning station, laundry room, shuffleboard and tennis courts as well as a community center. The space Located on the second level (no elevator) this two-story unit has downstairs living space with kitchen and bath. The bedrooms are located upstairs. In the welcoming living room you will find two large couches, TV, DVD, beach decor and games. Eat meals at one of the local one-of-a-kind restaurants or cook in the fully equipped kitchen featuring everything you'll need to prepare meals for your family. There is a dining table for 4 and 4 bar-stools. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and ocean views. The 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin trundle and flat screen TV. JB's Fish Camp is south of the complex. They offer riverfront dining, live music, kayak rentals and a gift shop. The Canaveral National Seashore is also a short drive south of the the complex and is a must see for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. A short drive north will land you on Flagler Ave. where you will find a true seaside street lined with boutiques, galleries, surf shops, restaurants and more. If nightlife is what you are looking for -- the party is always happening on Flagler Avenue! While we hope that our guests enjoy this place to it's fullest, we take every measure possible to protect the interests of our guests and neighbors. Excessive noise, exceeding occupant level, parties, smoking or any lack of respect towards the neighbors may result in cancellation. The person renting the unit MUST attend the visit and remain on property during the scheduled stay. Renting the unit on others behalf is not allowed. Should the primary renter not be able to stay with the party/ scheduled guests, then the reservation will need to be canceled and rescheduled at a later day and time.
