Full lake home with over 100' of frontage on Lake Dubay. Convenient location just 2.5 miles off of HWY 39, 15 minutes from Granite Peak Ski Hill (Rib Mountain). If you prefer cross country skiing, you're minutes from Nine Mile, one of the top Nordic skiing areas in Wisconsin. You have direct access to the lake from the backyard. Great open concept space for a family or two to get away and hit some of the shopping, wineries, breweries nearby. Outdoor fire pit and huge covered patio area. The space You could not ask for a better space for winter or summer Fun! There is a large, covered concrete patio with charcoal grill accessible from the 4 season room (second access from mud room). From the patio there is a nice walkway to the lake as well as a firepit / sitting area for outdoor festivities. In summer, swim off the dock or try your luck at fishing! The lake bottom is sandy and is very shallow near shore dropping to a depth of 9’ at the end of the dock. If you have your own boat feel free bring it and tie up to the dock or rent one from Meyer's landing less than a mile down the road. Included with house rental is use of a kayak and a paddle board. Please bring your own life jackets. Starlink provides excellent Wi-Fi for your devices and streaming to 5 smart TVs distributed throughout the home. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime are available on all TVs, 3 TVs also have access to Disney + and HBO Max. Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2700 finished square feet on three floors, and can accommodate 12 people. It's perfect for a families or a group of friends. A nice "getaway" can be found upstairs with two bedrooms (king and queen beds), full bathroom, and windows that face the lake. The main floor includes newer stainless appliances and a washer/dryer. Theres plenty of space to spread out in the the open concept first floor including the kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and living room (with gas fireplace). The "bunk room" has a set of bunks and a double bed allowing accommodations for 4. The lower level has the second gas fireplace , half bath and 52" TV. We know you will enjoy your stay!
