Muskoka Waterfront Cottage - Lake of Bays

A newly built lakefront cottage on a little hill with a picturesque view of the Lake of Bays. The cottage is on a 4.5 acre land and surrounded by nature in all it’s splendor. It is private yet not secluded. Perfect for a family retreat. Snowmobilers Paradise. The space A modern newly built cottage with picturesque views of the Lake of Bays. Walking in through the welcoming main door guests are vowed by the high ceilings and extensive views of the lake. The fully functional modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. The large island comfortably seats 4 and is a great gathering spot for family and friends. Perfect for entertaining. The windows in the kitchen face the treed backyard. The view is just spectacular no matter what the season is. If you are lucky you may see a family of deer strolling among the trees. The dining room adjoins the kitchen. The handcrafted pine table seats 8 with room for more. On the other side of the dining room is the living room with a large navy sectional and a propane fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly nights.. A perfect spot to gather, watch tv, read a book or simply take in the view of the lake. From the living room large glass sliding doors lead you to a spacious deck with seating and a fire pit table. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both walk onto the deck that faces the lake. The third bedroom has views of the beautiful treed backyard. The cottage has two full bathroom with stand up showers. The loft has it's own sitting area, a double bed and a desk. It was designed to be separate from the main living space. A cozy little space for a quiet retreat. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped with a large muskoka stone patio with seating and a fire pit. Amenities include: wireless internet, TV, Sonos and sound system. A canoe, 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board are available for your use. Our water supply is from a drilled well. In case of a power outage, there will be no running water. Lots of parking for cars, snowmobiles and boat trailer. Please avoid making any loud noise between 9 pm and 7 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Our water supply is from a drilled well. In case of a power outage, there will be no running water. -Life Jackets are available for your use but we do recommend you bring your own. Standard Sizes only. We do not have any kids sizes. -We ask that you bring your own firewood. Please do not take the firewood we have by the house. -No home phone -The cottage is on a hill and in winter a 4x4 is required.
