This beautiful apartment was renovated in 2019, the apartment has a comfortable TV room, dining area overlooking Chestnut Street and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and an air mattress upon request. The 2 new bathrooms and washer/dryer are off the hallway. *** From September to May there is an additional fee after 2 guests *** From June to August please put in one guests for the pricing *** Check out time from June to August is 9 am The space The large second floor apartment has three queen bedrooms & one double bedroom. We also have an air mattress upon request. TV's are in all bedrooms and the living room TV is 65 inch. The two new bathrooms and washer/dryer are off the hallway. We have private parking in the carport located behind the house. Guests have access to our picnic/grilling area next to the carport. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker for a pot or Keurig. We also have coffee, creamer and sugar available. Guest access This is a large second floor apartment. There is plenty of space and all the bedrooms are private. Other things to note The location is 1/4 mile to All Star Village, 2 miles from Hartwick College, Oneonta State, Fox Hospital. Located in a residential area with restaurants and services directly across the street. There is off street parking and a shared back lawn with outdoor dining and an outdoor gas grill.
