The best of Panama City Beach is at your fingertips when you stay at our lovely 3-bedroom/3-bath cottage. “Seas the Day” is a cozy beachy cottage with access to a shared community pool and is just a few minute's walk from the beach that has all of the comforts of home. The home is located on the east end of PCB and is close to a number of local restaurants and numerous amusement parks within a few minutes walk. You won’t be disappointed! The space When you step inside the cottage, you'll find yourself in a small foyer with bedrooms to either side. Head upstairs to the main living area, kitchen, and third bedroom. Tasteful beach-inspired decor echoes the natural beauty of the surrounding environment. A collection of comfy couches and armchairs surround the flatscreen TV, which comes equipped with cable. In one corner, a dining room table has space for four, and the breakfast bar seats three. The kitchen, though compact, makes the most of every inch of space. You'll find the full range of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher as an added bonus. Put together a quick snack prior to hitting the beach, or pack up a picnic lunch to take along on your adventures. A covered balcony off of the living room invites you to relax and enjoy the feel of the evening breeze coming off the Gulf. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage as you plan the next days activities or use the complimentary WiFi to update your friends and family back home. One of the home's three bedrooms is also located on this floor, just past the kitchen. Sink into the king-size bed and browse the cable channels as you prepare to retire for the evening. An en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. Returning to the two downstairs bedrooms, you'll find one equipped with a king-size bed and the other equipped with two sets of twin-size bunk beds. Both rooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. This cottage can accommodate a maximum of eight guests. Outside of the home, guests have access to a pool shared among the community's eight homes. The exterior features a patio with lighting to relax after your fun day at the beach. If you get the urge to barbecue there is a gas grill too. The Gulf is practically in your backyard, less than a quarter-mile walk away across the highway. Sunbathe, build sandcastles, or swim knowing that home is just a few minutes away. Rent bikes and explore the beach on two wheels, or enjoy a casual stroll as the sunsets. If you need a break from the sand, Panama City Beach offers a huge variety of activities for all ages; wander along the walkable streets of the town, or head down to Saint Andrew's Bay to see the sights. For your convenience, we have provided extra space in each room for items needing to be hung and/or stored. The exterior owner's closet is also not guest accessible as this is storage for maintenance and repair items. Please respect our rules by not attempting to access any of these locked closets. Other things to note Very Important Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday mornings. Please place the garbage container on the asphalt driveway in front of our carport or gravel parking spot on Sunday night and Wednesday night as the garbage is typically collected between 5am - 9am on the pickup mornings.
