The space Villa Roselière is a villa quietly nestled on the Etangs de la Bassée estate. It can accommodate up to 14 people thanks to its 7 bedrooms, including a suite with a private bathroom. It consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen consists of a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hot plates, oven, microwave and fridge. The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The large 50 m2 terrace has a dining area and sunbathing spots. Bedding and bath towels are provided. The water is not potable on the property, but access to potable water is available at the Club House. Guest access Guests can access all the facilities of the estate: the ponds, the playgrounds, the shared bathrooms, and the shared kitchens. Parking is available on the estate, as well as an EV charger. Other things to note A deposit of €2,000 will be required upon arrival. Predator fishing is subject to fishing rights. Fishing is prohibited on the grounds during the summer (June to October). Carp fishing is strictly prohibited on the property.
