We are located 3-4 blocks from 2 metro stations and 1 block from the bus 97/96 that takes you right to the Capitol into downtown. We are also 3 blocks from a Safeway grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, cleaners, post office, etc. 3 National parks within walking distance with free summer concerts and nature programs year round. Guest access Guests have the entire studio apartment which makes it great for interns, temporary housing for those new to the area and travelers who want the amenities of an apartment with a hotel vibe.Guests may use their entire private apartment and the back yard, grill and seating area! It's a very private space that is fully equipped. Guests may access the private entrance through the rear of the home, which is accessible via a short walk down the alley from 40th and Ames St (5 houses down). There is a lockbox on your door and you'll be provided the code upon confirmation of your reservation. There is ample street parking available with unlimited time (hours) daily. Long-term guests (more than 1 week) with cars, can provide their vehicle info in advance for a free neighborhood parking permit. Other things to note We ask that you treat our home as your home and turn off lights and other appliances when not in the studio.
