This authentic Craftsman-style residence is officially designated as a historic property by the City of San Antonio and reflects the character and craftsmanship of a bygone era. All rental income is thoughtfully reinvested into the ongoing care, maintenance, and preservation of this historic home. This is a modest, thoughtfully maintained home featuring two bedrooms and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. Sleeping arrangements: • One bedroom with a queen bed (approx. 60” x 80”) • One bedroom with a twin bed (approx. 39” x 75”) • One queen-size sofa bed (approx. 60” x 80”) located in the shared living area Amenities include a large smart TV, AT&T Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Casa Azul is located in a centrally located historic neighborhood near downtown and the Pearl District. As with many historic areas, the neighborhood is in transition, with a mix of long-standing homes and renovated properties, offering an authentic and evolving San Antonio experience. Pets: Dogs only. One small dog is welcome (generally up to 25 lbs). A second dog or a medium-sized dog (approximately 25–50 lbs) may be considered with prior approval — please reach out before booking. No cats or other animals (including birds, reptiles, rodents, or exotic pets). Please note: Guests are asked to bring their own groceries. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, and silverware.
