This is a recently renovated pool house is centrally located in the scenic View Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, near LAX. This beautifully furnished one bedroom suite designed for your pleasure and PRIVATE relaxation. All are welcome! This pool house accommodates four (4) people. The suite includes (1) bedroom and bathroom, a common living area with a sofa bed, 60" TV, a kitchenette and a washer/dryer unit. Guest can also enjoy the PRIVATE pool, hot tub, and a beautiful deck area. The space In addition to luxury surroundings, guest will have access to a pool, jacuzzi spa, and deck area, with lounging chairs, etc. You will be within 8 miles to Hollywood, Downtown LA, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, and Century City. In addition, you are within 5 miles of all sports venues, such the Forum, SoFi Stadium, Staple Center, the LA Coliseum, and the Stub Hub Center. Guest access Guest will have access to the pool house, private pool, hot tub, and deck area. The pool is unheated. There is $35 charge to heat the hot tub. Guest must reserve the hot tub at least four (4) in advance of use. The hot tub is available in three (3) hour intervals. NO GLASSWARE or horse play is allowed in the pool/hot tub and deck areas. Other things to note Guest will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi at their own risk. There are no lifeguards to duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult in or around the pool/hot tub at all times. Guest may be required to sign general release of liability upon arrival. Will offer discounts for 3 months or more.
