Peaceful private getaway-right in town

Very special peaceful place with epic panoramic sunset and Mountain views with road ending at the Santa Fe river/arroyo (runs at times depending on weather) on large property next to ranch so you’ll hear the roosters! An absolute gem. View of the Santa Fe Hills with no direct view of neighbors and all very spaced out. Sparkly clean newer house.(Normally rents for $95 a night-now discounted to encourage longer stays) The space Beautiful views through the windows throughout the house, rural setting right in the city. 2 miles from Downtown, 18 miles to Ski Basin 1 block from park and bike/walking path, trails. Restaurants, breweries, shopping, grocery stores all within 1 mile. Plenty of Parking, VERY private location-Lots of space from neighbors. Fully equipped big kitchen with complimentary coffee and various food items, condiments etc. to make cooking easy! It has a large master bedroom with full bath, and spacious living room with daybed. There is a guest house attached on one side, one guy lives there and works full time so the most you'll probably ever hear is the water once in a while through the pipes. (Very well insulated spaces) and there are small attached suites where you may hear some light muffled noise if you’re in kitchen/living area if guest is home, so I ask all guests to be mindful of their volume. The suites always rent to full time contract workers or daytime adventurers visiting so at times you hardly know they’re there. I assure you the other renters have completely separate space/yard/parking with no view of your outdoor space so you will never be looking at them. There is a laundry room to be left unused on weekends so guests from suites have access. You will see it’s private and locks them out of your space. The cleaning lady will periodically need access to the laundry room as well for a small allotted time on random days which will be communicated to you normally within a week ahead of time at least. (Normally it is only once a month but at times it’s more frequent.) The house is set up beautifully for privacy and peace. The end of the property line is the coyote fence that separates the small neighboring ranch so you have a HUGE yard view to enjoy. In the summer In this high desert climate - Curtains and windows remain closed during the day to cool house and open at night for cool cross breeze. (Small a/c unit if needed during heat of summer)ac unit in living room. The house is in a Very quiet location if you are looking for a rural getaway, yet right in the heart of the city. This location is a true gem. A wonderful outing if you like to take a walk or run, is to access the Santa Fe River path by walking to the end of the street to Agua Fria, taking a right and walking through Frenchies Park down to the River/arroyo. There is a dirt path along the arroyo, and also a paved one that can take you all the way to downtown. It is a beautiful setting down there with lots of small trees and wildflowers with a gorgeous Mountain View and extra special if the river is running.
