No Cleaning Fee, Private-bath, Free Parking for 2!

The house is located in the quiet historic Kenton Neighborhood. A bright & spacious room with a private bathroom comfortably sleeps for 2. FREE & easy street parking. The kitchen & laundry are not included. The house is 7 miles to downtown and 8miles to PDX, a 10-minute drive to Alberta & Mississippi district, 5-min walk to the bus stop & a 12-min walk to the Max Transit Yellow line Kenton/N. Denver station. Cafés, bars & great restaurants (with outdoor seating) & organic grocery stores nearby! The space The bedroom has a very nice queen firm plush mattress (I have gotten so many compliments on the mattress), 100% crisp combed cotton bedsheets, firm pillows, a writing desk, desk chair, desk lamp, bedside table, reading lamp, luggage rack, closet, full-length dressing mirror, raise/high ceiling, and lots windows! The bathroom has a traditional tub and skylight. A spacious, full private bathroom is next to the bedroom. You can enjoy privacy and cleanliness during your stay. The house was built in 2003. It has the new house feel to it--fresh and bright!! The common areas, such as the kitchen, dining, and living room, are NOT available to the guests. Train noise warning - The train track is about 1/4 mile from the house. The train will ring the horn at night. Sometimes it rings several times a night (long or short horns). Sometimes none. The horn does not bother 95% of my guests. I have 1100+ close to 5-star reviews on my profile for all my listings combined.  However, If you are sensitive to sound, you will hear the horn. I would recommend that you don’t book with me. Temperature maintenance: During the summer months, on the days when the temperature reaches 87-88 degrees or above, I turn on the a/c during the day, keep the house cool all day and turn off the a/c around 9-10 pm, or the outdoor temperature is around 80 degrees. Then I recommend you fully open the windows and shades in the room to let the cool air in and use the room fan if you wish. Please note: I don't advertise this listing as having an a/c unit. It is not on my amenity list. If you need to sleep with a/c at night, you should not book with me. Garbage collection takes place on Friday mornings. You will hear three different trucks coming by to pick up the trash. Additionally, the garbage bins will be on the street on Thursday night, which may block parking spaces. Still, you can find parking on either end of the block. Guest access This listing follows the Airbnb "No Contact Check-in/out" policy; the guests will self-check-in. The common areas such as the kitchen, dining and living room are NOT available to the guests. Check-in time is flexible after 3pm. However, I need a two-hour check-in window from you prior to the arrival date. The most efficient way to communicate with me is via Airbnb messages. I am on work video call most of the day and won't be able to answer the phone. If you have an urgent or non-urgent message for me, send me a message via Airbnb, I will be able to reply in short messages even if I am on a video call. Other things to note The house is a scent-free environment. I provide natural cleaning products for my guests, such as Dr. Brooner’s liquid soap and Mrs. Meyer’s soap, etc. It is great for face, body, and hair cleansing. If the following conditions describe you, don't book with me. 1. Smoker of any kind, tobacco, cannabis, indoor or outdoor. 2. If you have a strong body odor, sickly or moldy smell. If there is an unpleasant smell during your stay, you will be charged $75 cleaning fee. Late check-out upon request with an extra charge in addition to the nightly rate-- Extending the check-out time between 11 am-12 pm is a $20 charge. Extending the 12-1 pm check-out time is a $40 charge. Checking out later than 1 pm is not possible.
