Along the coast there are fantastic beaches, shopping and dining as well as other major attractions in Southern California. The Coffee Bean, Trader Joes, movie theater, 24 hour fitness, Ralph's grocery Store, etc. The space My space is charming and beachy which reflects the area that I live in. Guest access Pool (not heated in the winter) Jacuzzi ( year round) Gated access to shopping center which includes: Cineopolis movie theater Trader joes grocery store Ralph's grocery store Coffee bean and Starbucks coffee Nail Salon 24 Hour Fitness Etc. Other things to note My condo is just a few streets down from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Monarch Bay Resort and Salt Creek Beach. There is a walking, biking trail nearby that leads to the beach.
