You'll love our gorgeous, modern apartment. With stunning desert views and plenty of sunshine, it's the perfect getaway location. Price is a great location if you're traveling to Moab or between Colorado and Utah. 2 minutes to nearby restaurants. 1 minute to a Walmart SuperCenter. We are in a quiet and brand-new neighborhood at the northeast edge of the city. Please note: this is the downstairs studio unit of the property. The space There are two twin beds provided. One is on a pop-up trundle that can be raised to the height of the bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio apartment. There is a separate entrance, so you won't have to enter the main house at all. Other things to note While you are welcome to use everything in the apartment during your stay, please note that if you take any of the items from the apartment (bedding, dishes, furniture, electronics, bathroom supplies, etc) you will be charged. Check-out is 11 AM. You'll be charged for another full day if you check out late.
