Pony in the Woods offers a quiet retreat in the country with the conveniences of town within 10 miles. The unit is a full walk-out basement. We offer made-to-order breakfast for each guest at every stay. You can relax in the sauna or hot tub. Enjoy the fully-equipped private kitchen and coffee bar. Outdoor amenities include use of grill, fire pit, and outdoor games. Feel free to roam the 10 acres of property, including livestock. The fireplace offers a cozy welcome in the cold weather. Guest access The outdoors include a hot tub, deck, barbecue grill, fire pit, ten acres of mixed woods & pasture. Outdoor games include corn hole, bocce (with a full sand court) & croquet. During your stay We’re always available when guests are here. They may interact with us personally or contact us by text or phone. Guests can choose to have breakfast with us or in the B&B area. Other things to note Although the BNB area is separate, there is an open stairway up to the rest of the house. We are quiet people, and are not bothered by noise that guests may make, but they will hear some noise from the main living area. We do ask that guests do not party or make loud noise after 10pm. The first bed is in a private bedroom, but the second “bedroom” is in the open living area of the B&B. Clothing in the hot tub is optional, but if you choose to wear clothing, we have spa clothes available that do not contain dyes or detergents (which make the water difficult to maintain). Children cannot be left unsupervised in the hot tub or sauna. Any children who are not potty trained cannot be allowed in the hot tub. Sorry, we cannot get Wi-Fi in our area, but cell phone reception for your hot spot should be pretty good.
