This mobile home is located just a block away from Main St & a few blocks away from the Mystic Hot Springs. This neighborhood is extremely safe. *This is a trailer that was manufactured years ago! It has it quirks & vintage charm. We strive to update as much as possible & are always investing in little things to make it better. If you are looking for a fancy hotel or luxury feel, this is not that. This is for those who appreciate things that are out of the ordinary with an older kinda vibe.* You pull up to the house to find a vintage trailer home. This place has the cozy vibe of a cabin, trailer style. The entry way is an addition to the mobile home with charm of its own, the perfect spot to sit with a cup of cocoa. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking needs to prepare delicious meals. Its got a great work desk to buckle down & focus on whatever your craft is. There is a pull out couch bed if needed for ‘extra’ guests. The bathroom has those amazing matching old sink + toilet + bathtub combos thats in excellent condition but is made for very small people with a short person shower. The bedroom is another great nook with huge closet space including a built in dresser / vanity but a small room with just enough room for the bed. Its a great spot to stay for a single person or couple whether short or long term. It is pet friendly and all pets are welcome. They have a doggy door & fenced in yard to enjoy. There is a front yard with nice shade from established trees. And a covered back patio space. We like to travel ourselves, but whenever we are in town we live right down the road and are happy to help, and connect with guests. Quaint Monroe is a picturesque rural town. 1800s buildings line Main Street just one block from the house. And walking distance to the north east is Mystic Hot Springs. A must for any Utah travelers. You can walk, or bike to anywhere you need to get in town. Literally. The area is also popular for ATV rides and off roading. There are local eggs & seasonal produce available in the valley.
