Kayaks available for guest use starting May 1, 2021. Liability waiver must be signed, it will be emailed to you upon request. Kayaks will be secured unless waiver is requested and signed. The cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are train tracks nearby and the train comes through 1-2 times a day, the train can be seen looking out the front windows. Easy parking at the house in the driveway. Many great shops and restaurants are walking distance from the house. No Public transportation. The Village of Milford has a noise ordinance. The no parties rule is strictly enforced. The size and age of our septic system is why we provide the toilet tissue that we do. Thank you for understanding.
