Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15. The space Adorable studio home. At 460 ft.² this unique one-room cottage has a bed area nook with a queen bed. The bathroom is a separate room. The cottage is cleverly decorated to create separate living spaces: A TV area with comfy seating, kitchen island and dining area, a well appointed kitchen, and even a sit-or-stand laptop work space. Hardwood floor throughout. There are train tracks nearby and the train comes through one or two times a day, occasionally as early as 4 a.m. Guest access Guests will have the use of the whole house and backyard. Other things to note The Village of Milford has a noise ordinance. We’re friends with our neighbors and we’d like to keep it that way. The no-parties-or-events rule is strictly enforced. Please see the note in bathroom regarding the sewer system/grinder pump. Bags are provided to dispose of sanitary and personal items. The combo washer and dryer takes several hours to wash and dry a load, so you might find clean linens from a previous load inside. If you’d like to use the machine, just move them to the folding table and we’ll take care of them after you check out. Guests seeking stays longer than 28 days will be required to sign a lease and agree to house cleanings every two weeks. One dog allowed, no cats. Please keep pup off furniture and beds. Bags provided to properly dispose of dog waste. Train tracks are nearby. Train comes through one or two times a day, occasionally as early as 4 a.m.
