Enjoy a lakefront stay on the beautiful Lake Wawasee! Located on the North shore, Pier 762 provides awesome sandy bottom swimming, phenomenal views and plenty of boat parking. Easily sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 4 king & 4 single beds. The house is on an island with outdoor seating both lake side and channel side. The space Access to a grill, paddle board, floating raft, smart TV, basic household amenities, boat parking and car parking, etc. Car parking is limited (3 spaces) No parking on neighbor's property. There is a second refridgerator in the garage for guests to use if needed. Note: The 2nd full bathroom is located in the garage. Guest access Enjoy the entire house and private pier. Other things to note If parking a boat on Pier 762 (lakeside), PLEASE use 4 posts on left side of pier when walking out onto pier. (area between pier 762 and 763. Please note: Car parking is limited.
