Directly across the creek just a few feet from the RV site is a 10 acre meadow that is surrounded 360 degrees by a hardwood forest that only you have vehicular access to. The property is 2600' above mean sea level - keeping the weather mild year round. 50/30 amp electric, water, and septic ! Water, mild weather, seclusion but close. The space Every morning and evening there are deer, turkeys, rabbits, and lots of birds. You are walking distance from the AT and popular trout fishing streams and ponds which are stocked and maintained by the state. 34 foot max length from tongue to bumper, back in site. The property is gated and surrounded by a farm style five strand barbed wire fence. The gate opens electronically with a code. You cross a private bridge (30 ton capacity) down a long well maintained driveway. The house and RV site are not visible from any road and they cannot see each other except slightly in the winter. Due to the proximity of the Cherokee National Forest, trash service, trash disposal and trash storage is not provided in any way whatsoever. This is for safety reasons related to bears in the vicinity. Your trash must be taken to the South Greene Trash Center on Asheville Highway. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Speed Limit 5 MPH Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. It is required that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut Use of the water hook up is not permitted without a filter and a pressure regulator on the water attachment and the water should be considered non-potable. 50/30 amp AC power hookup - A surge protector with low voltage protection must be used on the electrical hookup
