Close to The Denver Tech Center, Centennial & major Highways. You’ll love our place because of it is in a great location and EZ access to everything! The fwy. & light rail are close by. . Like a large hotel room, this studio has a queen bed, HD cable/ TV, wifi, desk, a/c & heat, kitchenette with dishes, pans and cutlery, pressed linens & soft towels. There are 2 bbqs on site. This studio clean and cozy!. Great for business/solo traveler!. This is a 3rd floor unit. No one above. The space Our space is great because it is affordable and in a fantastic location. The complex is quiet, has open parking included and there is a laundry room on the ground floor. Please note that this is on the 3rd floor and we do not have elevators. Guest access Like a hotel room, the guest has private access to this unit. The space is all theirs. Other things to note We are not 4/20 friendly in our studio, or in our complex. Smokers of tobacco must leave the building completely to smoke.(at least 10 feet away) Thank you for your understanding. Studio is single occupancy only. Due to allergies and accidents, pets are not allowed!
