Guests may also access the Northstar Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna, etc.) for an additional daily fee. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the entire cabin, including the deck and hot tub. A small number of storage closets are locked for owner use. Other things to note Security: Exterior cameras are installed at entry points (front entry and back deck), facing outward. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Pets: One well-behaved dog allowed with prior approval. Pets should not be left unattended or on furniture. Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 passenger vehicles. No street parking or RV/oversized vehicles per HOA. Winter Conditions: AWD/4WD strongly recommended. Driveway plowed during larger storms; shoveling service provided for walkways.
