Linens and bath towels are provided, but please note that laundry service and beach towels are not included. Located in the charming Windy Hills beach community, you’ll be right across from ocean access and just minutes from the fun at Barefoot Landing. Relax in our private backyard pool area, complete with a grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining tables — perfect for soaking up the sun! No smoking and no pets allowed. If you need to bring a service animal, please notify us before booking. A separate contract (per Horry County regulations) will be required. Other things to note There is a 10pm noise ordinance in effect for Windy Hill. Please be mindful of this. Guests that become problematic will be asked to leave without refund. Pool Hours are 9am-10pm PARKING : Two car maximum. There are 4 slots in the front and 4 in the back behind the swimming pool. Please note that paved parking to the left side of our building is not ours and you will be subject to towing. Note that service animals are not to be left unattended or crated in the unit. Violation of this will result in termination of contract and you will be asked to leave without refund.
