We welcome you to the upper part of an old mill on the banks of the Evre, in the town of Beaupreau, in a green setting. The cottage is full of charm, simple country house style. It has 2 bedrooms with views of the countryside and the river, and 1 small bedroom (without window), kitchen, living room, bathroom/toilet. It is suitable for families, groups of friends, workers on the go, and close to all shops. The space With family or friends, we offer you to come and enjoy nature, the river and its wooden bridge at the foot of the Moulin, as well as our garden with our relaxation area. You will enjoy walking (hiking) or fishing. We provide our canoe kayak to discover and navigate the Evre. It is best to message me before booking definitively to confirm that your desired dates are available. Guest access We live in the lower part of the Moulin, everyone has their main entrance and private terrace without the terraces having an overlook (discretion assured). Access to gardens, river-side sun loungers, and river-side barbecue in summer. Cameras may be present in the private areas. 🔑 Easy access: Self check-in possible thanks to a secure key box, or personalized welcome depending on availability. Other things to note ✅ House rules: Please respect the premises and the neighborhood by avoiding noise disturbances, especially in the evening. ✅ No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the listing. Outdoor spaces can be used if available. ✅ Pets: Please check in the listing if pets are allowed. ✅ Maintenance: Please leave the space clean and tidy before your departure.
