Peaceful Waterfront Home, Daily Sunset, Dock

Our house has large picture windows overlooking the river, marsh and sunset over the gulf. A terrace to sit out and a private dock to the waters edge and to our own island with a picnic table. We have 3 rooms with 4-poster beds, a 4th room with a double-person futon, 2 family rooms, a well designed kitchen and lots of space to entertain. There's lots of land to stroll around the property. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy nature, this place will afford you the peace and quiet. The space This is a stilt house where all the living space is on the 2nd floor, while the ground floor is a covered garage and a screened in living space. There are steps leading to the 2nd floor, but they are not steep. Through the garage is 2nd set of steps leading into the house. The whole house is available to you and it's a very spacious house. There are 2 public boat ramps near by, the closest is 1/2 mile away, and the property has plenty of space to park your boat trailer. Our dock's water depth varies with the seasons, and in the summer it has 1' of depth and a soft mud bottom. The dock is 16' long and you can tie off there. From the boat ramp to our home is a short ride and you can get to the gulf too. Guest access To get to the house you will drive down a private drive way.
