This cozy retreat is filled with natural light and warm touches, making it the perfect space to unwind, recharge, and feel at home during your stay in sunny Southern California. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway, a working trip, or a bit of both, our home is ideal for up to 6 adults (will sleep 6: 1 king, 1 queen, there is blow up mattreses & pull out bed). Guests the age of 30+ and for children aged 14+. Please note that we do not accommodate children under 14 or groups where all guests are under 30 years old, as the home is designed with a calm, mature environment in mind. Casa Bella offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The interior features a welcoming open floor plan with a living room and kitchen that flow seamlessly, making it easy to socialize, cook meals together, or just lounge around after a long day exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and diningware, so whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a special dinner, you'll have what you need. The home has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully decorated to give you that perfect blend of comfort and character. The natural light throughout the home creates a warm and calming ambiance, especially in the morning and late afternoon. It's a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. With a total of 4 sleeping spaces, the home comfortably accommodates overnight guests, but we do ask that the maximum daytime occupancy not exceed 8 guests, throughout the property. Our location is a great jumping-off point for exploring everything the San Diego area has to offer. Within a short drive via Hwy 56 and 15 you’ll find local shops, charming cafés, grocery stores, and relaxing day spas. If you're craving sun and sand, some of the most beautiful beaches in the region—including Del Mar, Torrey Pines, International Golf Courses within a few miles and La Jolla—most are only a 20 to 30-minute drive away. These beaches are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, hiking along coastal trails, or simply enjoying breathtaking Pacific Ocean views. Additionally, Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve is very close by and offers miles of scenic waterfall trails for walking, hiking, or biking. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for some peaceful nature time, this hidden gem is worth exploring. Do note that a car is required to reach most destinations in the area , as public transit options from Rancho Peñasquitos are limited and not always reliable. For the well-being of all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. We love animals, but some of our returning guests have pet allergies, and we want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this. We understand that part of life’s joy comes from celebrating with family and friends, and we do allow gatherings at the home with prior approval. However, there are important guidelines to follow. We ask that any gathering remain respectful of the home and our community. Overnight accommodations remain limited to the 4 available sleeping spaces, and no more than 6 adults over the 30+ should be part of the overnight group, in line with our general guest requirements. We do not allow parties and ask that you keep all music, conversation, and activity at a respectful volume—particularly during evening quiet hours. If you're planning to host a gathering, we require a few details before granting approval. Please be prepared to answer the following questions: What type of gathering are you planning? How many people will be attending? Will anyone under the age of 21 be present? Will there be any kind of smoking or substances involved?( remembering no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property). Most importantly, what is your general attitude toward respecting and caring for someone else’s property? These questions help us ensure that the spirit of the gathering aligns with the values of our home and community. We simply ask that the property be left in the same clean, undamaged condition in which you found it and that our neighbors are not disturbed. This includes avoiding any disruptive noise, smells (such as smoke/vaping ), or behavior that might attract unwanted attention. Please be aware that the home is monitored by exterior security cameras for your safety and ours. Should any issues arise, neighbors may contact local authorities, and any footage from these cameras may be used to verify what occurred. Guest access You'll have a private door code and full access to the home during your stay. Our home offers 2 comfortable serine bedrooms with plenty of storage (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed), a full bathroom with a shower and tub upstairs, and a convenient half bathroom downstairs for easy access when enjoying the pool. You'll find a spacious living room the big grey couch has pull out bed for your convenience and the dining area can sit up to 6. There is a desk with a monitor for an office space, and a cozy TV room with guest streaming access to Netflix, Amazon, and others. We have two blow up mattress stored in the closets upstairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is ready for your devices. Relax in the backyard by the unheated pool, soak in the deep-set hot tub, and feel free to pick fresh lemons from the backyard tree! The hot tub is an older deep- set tub and is on one setting 104 degrees: Please turn lid over and open for 15 to 20 minutes if too hot, this will cool it down before entering and always remember to replace the lid when not using. Please take a moment to read the house and pool/hot tub manual for more details. Kindly note: no smoking, vaping, recreational drugs, parties, events, or pets are not allowed. For safety, three external cameras monitor the property—one at the front door, one driveway, and one in the backyard. Please follow our house rules: no smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property , no parties/events, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the space. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of themselves, their children, and any visitors. 3. **Health and Safety** Guests should refrain from using the swimming pool or hot tub if they have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by such activities. Additionally, guests should avoid using these facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medications that may impair their ability to use them safely. 4. **Pool and Jacuzzi Rules** For the safety of all guests, the following rules must be adhered to: - No diving or running in the pool area. - No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool and hot tub. - The pool and jacuzzi areas must be used responsibly and kept clean. 5. **Liability Release** By using the swimming pool and hot tub, guests agree to release the property owner, property management, and their agents from any liability for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 6. **Indemnification** Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, property management, and their agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the swimming pool and hot tub. 7. **Acknowledgment** By booking this property, guests confirm that they have read and understood these rules and agree to adhere to them during their stay.
