The central lake location is only minutes from Pelican Petes (Port Royale) for your dining, jet-ski or boat rentals. Great for winter get aways too! Magnificent sunsets and fun times await! The space Plenty of room for large family and friends. Huge outdoor space overlooking Lake Lanier with private outdoor shower (dual head), rock fireplace, Big Green Egg, Traeger pellet grill, a built-in propane grill, and Blackstone griddle for lots of outdoor cooking and good times! Pull Out sofa sleeper on sun-porch will sleep two additional people. Guest access The whole house and all outdoor spaces are available for guests only to share with each other.
