Cottage in Clinton

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive. The space The main Cottage features a newly remodeled kitchen with a dishwasher and seating for two with a queen bed and bath. The kitchen is well equipped for a serious cook. The Studio is located across the courtyard from the main Cottage and has a sectional for lounging and relaxing with a widescreen TV and wood-burning fireplace. A table and chairs are set up for games and puzzles. The studio can also be used for overflow sleeping accommodations (it has an airbed and sectional), but there is no restroom in the studio so this situation is ideal for a couple or small family. Both buildings have in-wall heaters and wi-fi. The studio has a SmartTV with free content or use your own streaming service by logging in to one of its apps. The private courtyard has a variety of seasonal plantings and a large shade tree. There is lounge seating around a fire pit and cafe seating with a barbeque and patio string lights. Guest parking is limited to 2 car parking spots out front. Dogs are welcome however please keep your dog on a leash and do not leave them unattended.
