The space The apartment is spacious, nice and comfortable and has the necessary elements for a pleasant stay. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the Constituyentes neighborhood, while being close to all the central and commercial sectors of the city. It is the 4th floor of a new building, five years of construction, with north and south orientation and located on a wide street with facilities for parking at no cost. It has a covered garage inside the building, with an automatic gate and direct access to the ground floor lobby. The neighborhood offers everything you need during your stay: within three blocks you will find grocery stores and kiosks, supermarket, greengrocer, bakery and confectionery, butcher shop, health food stores, pharmacy, wine shop and delicatessen, food preparation, laundry, among others. Within walking distance you can access the San Martín Pedestrian Street, the renovated Freyre Avenue, the North Market, the Cullen Hospital and the private sanatoriums area, the Bus Terminal Station, the Rectorate of the UNL and some of its faculties, the area of the Port of Santa Fe where La Ribera Shopping, Casino, Cinemark and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants are located. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Tramontina stainless steel pots, glasses, cups, a complete set of dishes and all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your meals as if you were at home. It has a comfortable and modern living room, with a large mirror that brings spaciousness and brightness to the environment, a three-piece sofa, a 32'' TV, WiFi and Chromecast to access your own Netflix account and other digital TV platforms. This room has air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a queen size bed base, closet and air conditioning. The second room has two twin sommiers, a large mirrored closet, with soft blankets and blankets available. Both rooms have blinds and curtains that guarantee darkness for a peaceful rest. The accommodation has a bathroom suite in the master bedroom and a guest bathroom, both complete with bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. They have good quality towels and towels and a hairdryer. Guest access Guests can access the building through a main door and take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor. Other things to note The apartment has a small balcony facing the street, facing north, which allows cross ventilation and a large amount of light. Although the apartment does not have a washing machine, there are laundries available near the building.
