Guest access On Monday mornings, the building's pools are maintained or the first working day of the week, that day will be closed in the morning. The apartment's private pool is maintained twice a week. You will be informed of the time of day to allow maintenance to be carried out. This pool may have leaves and a little sand due to the surrounding trees. You can request extra cleaning of the pool and we will do it if we have availability (Monday to Friday). You can also use the net on the terrace to collect the leaves. The beach umbrella and chair service is operated by Serena del Mar (not by the building). This service is for a fee, it costs $20,000 COP* for 5 hours, includes 4 chairs and an umbrella. You must make the reservation and payment directly with me, a maximum of one day in advance and at least two hours in advance if possible. They also have additional chairs or sun loungers for rent on the beach. The payment method accepted there is Datáfono. Beach service is until 6:00 PM as long as the tide allows. To make use of the gym, Jacuzzi or sauna you must schedule your reservation with me up to three days in advance. The Jacuzzi and sauna can be used without reservation if it is unoccupied by asking the pool attendant.
